This document specifies the product varieties, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage, delivery acceptance, for the lubricant oil for electric vehicle reducer, which is produced, by using the refined mineral oil or synthetic oil, or the mixture of both, as the base oil, adding various additives, through blending. The products in this document are applicable to the first-gear reduction box system of pure electric passenger vehicles. It is also applicable to the first-gear reduction box system of extended-range electric vehicles.2 Normative references

This product is divided into reducer oil for water-cooled motor pure electric vehicle and reducer oil for oil-cooled motor pure electric vehicle, according to the motor cooling method.5 Requirements and test methods
The technical requirements and test methods, for the oil for the reducer of the water- cooled motor pure electric vehicle AND the oil for the reducer of the oil-cooled motor pure electric vehicle, shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2, respectively.6 Inspection rules
6.1 Classification of inspections 6.1.1 Exit-factory inspection Exit-factory inspection includes exit-factory batch inspection and exit-factory cycle inspection. 6.1.2 Type inspection The type inspection items of the reducer oil of the water-cooled motor pure electric vehicle include all the items, which are specified in Table 1.The type inspection items of the reducer oil of the oil-cooled motor pure electric vehicle include all the items, which are specified in Table 2. 6.4 Judgment rules If the exit-factory inspection results of the reducer oil for the water-cooled motor pure electric vehicle all meet the requirements of the technical indicators in Table 1, THEN, the batch of products is judged to be qualified. 6.5 Reinspection rules If, in the exit-factory inspection results of the reducer oil for water-cooled motor pure electric vehicle and oil-cooled pure electric vehicle, there is cases where the corresponding technical requirements in Table 1 and Table 2 are not met, THEN, it shall follow the provisions of GB/T 4756, to retake double quantity of samples, to re-inspect the unqualified items.7 Marking, packaging, storage, delivery acceptance
The marking is carried out, according to NB/SH/T 0967. The packaging, storage, delivery acceptance shall be carried out, in accordance with NB/SH/T 0164.
