The technical requirements and test methods for lubricants for rotate vector (RV) gears for robots are shown in Table 1.5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection categories 5.1.1 Exit-factory inspection The exit-factory batch inspection items include. kinematic viscosity, viscosity index, pour point, moisture, flash point, element content, cleanliness, foaming properties, liquid phase rust test, four-ball machine test. If the production process and raw materials remain unchanged, the exit-factory periodic inspection items include. oxidation stability, gear machine test, SRV friction and wear test, shear stability (KRL) test, which are conducted annually. 5.1.2 Type inspection Type inspection items include all inspection items specified in Table 1 in Chapter 4. Type inspection is conducted in the following circumstances. a) When a new product is put into production or undergoes final product design verification; b) Where there are significant changes in raw materials, processes, etc. that may affect product quality; c) When the exit-factory inspection results differ significantly from the previous type inspection results. 5.2 Batch grouping Assuming that the raw materials and processes remain unchanged, each can or kettle produced is considered a batch (group) and is inspected on a batch-by-batch basis. 5.3 Sampling Sampling is conducted in accordance with GB/T 4756.5 L of sample is collected from each batch (group) for inspection and retention. 5.4 Determination rules If all exit-factory inspection results meet the technical specifications in Table 1 in ......Source: Above contents are excerpted from the full-copy PDF -- translated/reviewed by: www.ChineseStandard.net / Wayne Zheng et al.
