This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of chlorinated paraffin-70. This standard applies to chlorinated paraffin-70 obtained by chlorination of high carbon wax.2 Normative references

5.1 This product takes each uniform products per package as a batch. 5.2 The quality inspection department of the production unit shall inspect each item according to this standard. The production unit shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard and attach quality certificates. 5.3 The user has the right to inspect the chlorinated paraffin-70 products received according to this standard. 5.4 The number of sampling bags in each batch shall not be less than 5% of the total number of bags; it shall not be less than three bags at least. The sampler shall be inserted vertically from the bag mouth to take out representative samples. The sample of each bag shall not be less than 0.5 kg. Mix well and sample by quartering method. Quickly put no less than 0.5 kg of samples into two clean, dry, ground-mouth bottles with lids. Label the bottles with the manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date. One bottle is used for inspection and the other is kept for future reference. 5.5 The storage period of samples kept for future reference is three months for domestic sales and six months for export. 5.6 The numerical rounding of the analysis results shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 8170; the determination of the analysis results shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 1250. 5.7 If one of the test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the sample shall be doubled for inspection. If the result still does not meet the standard requirements, the batch shall be unqualified. 5.8 When the supplier and the buyer have any objections to the product quality, the two parties shall negotiate to resolve the dispute. If arbitration is required, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this standard.6 Marking and instruction manual
