This document was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2020 "Directives for standardization - Part 1.Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents". The modification of this document adopts ISO 21061.2021 "Footwear -- Chemical tests". Compared with ISO 21061.2021, this document has made the following structural adjustments. - The order of Annex B and Annex C has been changed (see Annex B, Annex C of this Document; Annex C, Annex B of ISO 21061.2021). The technical differences between this document and ISO 21061.2021 and their reasons are as follows. - ISO 19952 was replaced by the normative reference GB/T 2703 to adapt to China's technical conditions and improve operability (see Chapter 3 of this Document); - The definitions of accessible component and inaccessible component were changed (see 3.4, 3.5 of this Document; 3.4, 3.5 of ISO 21061.2021) to adapt to China's technical conditions and improve operability; - ISO 4044 was replaced by the normative reference QB/T 2716 to adapt to China's technical conditions and improve operability (see 5.5 of this Document); - The sampling requirements were changed to adapt to China's technical conditions and improve operability (see 5.5 of this Document; 5.5 of ISO 21061.2021); - Annex B was changed from "normative" to "informative" to adapt to China's technical conditions, improve operability (see Annex B of this Document; Annex C of ISO 21061.2021); - The process sequence of Figure C.1 "General flow chart for sample preparation" was changed (see Figure C.1 of this Document; Figure B.1 of ISO 21061.2021). This document establishes procedures for the preparation of samples for chemical test of footwear and footwear components. It further describes methods for identifying samples. The sample preparation procedures specified in this document are intended to allow multiple chemical tests to be conducted on footwear simultaneously. This document applies to all types of footwear and footwear components.2 Normative references
