For the purpose of this document, the terms and definitions defined in GB/T 7119-2006, GB/T 18820, GB/T 18916.3 and GB/T 21534-2008 and the following apply. 3.1 petroleum refining The whole process of processing products such as fuel oil, lubricating oil with petroleum as raw material. Petroleum refining does not include the production of petrochemical organic raw materials, synthetic resins, synthetic rubber, synthetic fibers, and fertilizers. NOTE. It does not include aromatics combined equipment; it does not include self-supplied power stations in the enterprise. 3.2 quantity of water intake per ton crude oil In a certain metering time, the ratio of the quantity of water taken from various conventional water resources TO the amount of crude oil in the production process of petroleum refining enterprises. The amount of crude oil is calculated as the total processing amount of the primary processing or the amount of crude oil directly into the secondary processing. 3.3 amount of make up water for indirect recirculating cooling water The quantity of water that makes up the water lost during the operation of the indirect cooling water circulation system. 3.4 quantity of water intake for chemical water The quantity of water intake used to prepare soft water and desalted water. 3.5 coefficient of chemical water made The ratio of the quantity of water intake for soft water and desalted water TO the quantity of soft water and desalted water obtained. 3.6 steam condensate recovery volume The quantity of steam condensate that is treated and reused for the soft water and desalted water system. 3.7 quantity of reused wastewater The quantity of reused wastewater of the enterprise, after being treated and achieving certain water quality indicators. 3.8 reused wastewater ratio In a certain metering time, the percentage ratio of the quantity of reused wastewater TO the quantity of wastewater discharged to the external environment plus the quantity of reused wastewater. 3.9 sour wastewater stripping unit Wastewater from the production process (including storage and transportation systems), with a hydrogen sulfide content of more than 100 mg/L. 3.10 quantity of reused sour wastewater from stripping unit The quantity of reused sour wastewater from stripping unit for the production unit plus the quantity of sour wastewater used in cascade in the petroleum refining process. 3.11 rate of reused sour wastewater from stripping unit The percentage ratio of the quantity of reused sour wastewater from stripping unit for the production unit plus the quantity of sour wastewater used in cascade in the petroleum refining process TO the total quantity of sour wastewater from stripping unit. 3.12 quantity of wastewater per ton crude oil In a certain metering time, the ratio of the quantity of wastewater from the petroleum refining discharged to the external environment minus the quantity of wastewater after treatment of unconventional water resources discharged to the external environment TO the amount of crude oil.4 Evaluation index system and requirements
