1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, product specifications, transportation and storage of adsorption resins for food industrial use. This standard applies to the adsorption resins for food industrial use which, using styrene, divinylbenzene, acrylic esters, acrylonitrile, etc. as polymerized monomers, and using toluene, liquid paraffin, etc. as porogens, is copolymerized under the action of initiators.

3 Requirements

3.1 General requirements Appearance. Uniform spherical shape without visible impurities. 3.2 Special requirements See Table 1 for special requirements.

4 Test method

It is determined according to the method specified in GB/T 24396.

5 Inspection rules

5.1 Inspection classification and inspection items This product inspection is divided into exit-factory inspection and type inspection. 5.2 Group-batch Take the product produced in each kettle as an inspection batch. 5.3 Sampling Carry out sampling in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5475.Take 2 kg from each batch, wherein 1 kg is used as the test sample and 1 kg is used as the standby sample. Put them into two clean airtight containers, respectively. 5.4 Judgment rules

6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage and

product manual 6.1 Marking The product marking shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 191.Each batch of products shall have a quality inspection report. 6.2 Packaging Products shall be packed in containers lined with plastic bags. Each package shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity. 6.3 Transportation and storage During transportation and storage, this product shall be kept in an environment of 4 °C ~ 40 °C; sealed and stored; avoided from over-cooling or over-heating, thereby preventing the resin from losing moisture. ......
