This Part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This Part was proposed by and shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee 8 on Environmental Conditions of Electric and Electronic Products and Environmental Test of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC 8). This Part of GB/T 2423 specifies the basic requirements, severities, test procedure and other technical details for the combined test of temperature (cold and heat)/low air pressure/vibration (mixed mode).2 Normative references

Terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2422, GB/T 2423.1, GB/T 2423.2, GB/T 2423.10, GB/T 2423.21, GB/T 2423.22, GB/T 2423.26, GB/T 2423.43, GB/T 2423.58 and GB/T 2424.26 are applicable to this document.4 General description
This test is a combined test of test A. cold, test B. dry heat, test M. low air pressure, test N. change of temperature, and test Fi. vibration (mixed mode).5 Test apparatus
The test apparatus shall comply with the requirements for test apparatus in GB/T 2423.1, GB/T 2423.2, GB/T 2423.10, GB/T 2423.21, GB/T 2423.22, GB/T 2423.26, GB/T 2423.56, GB/T 2423.58 and GB/T 2424.26.A.4 gives the relevant information of the test apparatus.6 Mounting of specimens
The mounting of the test specimens shall simulate the actual mounting state and meet the mounting requirements of GB/T 2423.1, GB/T 2423.2, GB/T 2423.43 and GB/T 2423.58.7 Severities
The frequency limits of the test frequency range selected by the relevant specifications shall be selected as far as possible in accordance with the number sequence...1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50... The lower-limit frequency f1 starts at a minimum of 1 Hz. The upper-limit frequency f2 reaches a maximum of 5000 Hz.8 Preconditioning
The test specimens shall be preconditioned in accordance with relevant regulations.9 Initial test
In accordance with relevant specifications, the test specimens shall be subject to appearance inspection and electrical and mechanical performance testing.10 Test
The combined test chamber (room) is at the temperature of the test room. The test specimen, under the condition of not being packaged and not energized, is installed on the vibrating table according to the specified axle; and then the vibration test is performed according to the severity specified by the relevant specification.11 Intermediate test
Intermediate test shall be completed in the shortest possible time before the end of the test.12 Recovery
At a rate of not more than 10 kPa/min, the air pressure in the test chamber (room) returns to normal atmospheric pressure. During pressurization, temperature control is not necessary.13 Final test
In accordance with relevant specifications, the test specimens shall be subject to appearance inspection and electrical and mechanical performance testing.14 Failure criterion
The failure criterion shall be stipulated by the relevant specifications.15 Information to be given in the relevant specifications
