Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 22711-2008 "High-efficiency three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor technical conditions (frame size 132~280)",
The main technical changes compared with GB/T 22711-2008 are as follows.
--- Modified the spectrum, the power range is extended from 2.2kW to 55kW to 0.55kW~315kW (see 3.7,.2008 edition)
3.7);
---Modified the relationship between the frame number of the motor and the power and synchronous speed (see 3.8 and Table 1, 3.8 and Table 1 of the.2008 version)
---Modified the efficiency test method and efficiency index of the motor (see 4.3 and Table 12, 4.4 and Table 12 of the.2008 edition);
---Modified the power factor of the motor (see 4.4, 4.5 of the.2008 edition);
---Modified the motor stall, out of step torque multiple, locked current multiple and other parameters (see 4.5~4.7,.2008 version of 4.6~
4.7, 4.10);
--- Revised the vibration intensity limit (see 4.18 and Table 18,.2008 version 4.20 and Table 17);
---Modified motor noise limits (see 4.19 and Table 19,.2008 editions of 4.21 and Table 18);
---Modified the deviation of any one of the three-phase no-load current of the motor from the average value of the three phases (see 4.20, 4.22 of the.2008 edition);
---Increased the deviation of the average value of any phase and three-phase of the DC resistance of the three-phase stator winding of the motor in the actual cold state
(See 4.20, 4.22 of the.2008 edition);
--- Revised the way the inspection items are represented (see Chapters 6 and 20, Chapter 5 of the.2008 edition);
--- Removed the appendix test method (see Appendix A of the.2008 edition).
This standard was proposed by the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association.
