This risk assessment shall consider the load-bearing structure and components, electrical control system and components, equipment operating environment, obstacles around the equipment, human factors, unexpected factors, and 4.3.1 Vehicles (cabins) shall have signs indicating the vehicle number, passenger capacity, and prohibition of overloading in prominent locations. 4.3.2 The seats shall be securely fixed to the passenger structure. The strength of the seats and their fixing structures shall be checked. 4.3.3 Non-enclosed vehicles (cabins) shall be equipped with passenger restraint devices that cannot be released by passengers themselves. 4.3.4 Horizontal push-type flying cinema rides with an operation height of 2 m or above and a risk of falling personnel shall at least meet the following requirements. a) When only seat belts are used. the seat belts shall not be opened by the passenger on their own; the seat belts shall be able to tighten automatically; the seat belt locking shall be interlocked with the start; the seat belt locking shall be redundant; and handrails shall be provided for passengers to grasp. b) When only passenger restraint devices other than seat belts are used. the passenger restraint device shall not be opened by the passenger; the locking position shall be adjustable; the locking shall be interlocked with the start; the locking shall be redundant; and handrails shall be provided for passengers to grasp. c) When there is a risk of a passenger falling from the front of the seat. An effective barrier structure shall be provided in front of the passenger seat. When a crotch webbing is used to prevent a passenger from falling from the front of the seat, the webbing shall meet the load-bearing capacity and width requirements of the seat belt. 4.3.5 When operating at a height of 1 m or above and there is a risk of falling, closed cabin doors shall be equipped with two locking devices or a single locking device with a safety lock that cannot be opened by passengers from the inside. The opening force that the door can withstand in the locked state shall be no less than 1 kN. 4.3.6 When a vehicle (cockpit) uses automatic doors, the automatic doors shall have anti-pinch measures and emergency opening functions. 4.3.7 Enclosed vehicles (cabins) shall be equipped with ventilation holes and fire extinguishing devices. Window breaker hammers shall be provided. Appropriate signs shall be displayed. 4.3.8 An emergency call button shall be installed in enclosed vehicles (cabins). Triggering the button allows passengers to contact staff. Video surveillance shall be installed in cabins with 4 or more passengers. The video surveillance shall cover all passengers. Video footage shall be retained for at least 10 d. 4.3.9 Where a driver's cab is provided, it shall have a good field of view. If the field of view is limited, a driving assistance imaging function shall be added. 4.3.10 Vehicle (cockpit) glass shall be made of unbreakable organic glass or safety glass. Organic glass shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 7134.Safety glass shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 15763 (all parts). 4.3.11 Within the vehicle (cabin), any area accessible to passengers must be free of exposed sharp edges, corners, burrs, or hazardous protrusions. Structural clearances must be reasonably designed and comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 12265. 4.3.12 The height of the outer floor of the vehicle (cabin) entrance and exit from the platform shall not exceed 300 mm.
