b) Paper books; c) Audiobooks; d) Question bank; e) Physical models; f) Data storage devices containing knowledge content.5 Knowledge service5.1 Identification By analyzing the knowledge service market, knowledge operators discover and accurately locate: a) Potential markets, to discover valuable knowledge products or knowledge services; b) Potential knowledge consumers, to help them achieve cognitive upgrading, ability enhancement and self-development; c) Potential knowledge producers, to discover organizations or individuals that possess knowledge and have market value. 5.2 Development 5.2.1 Design The design shall include the following: a) Determine the knowledge product’s target customer, customer size, product cost, and carrier form;
