This Standard specifies technical requirements for financial IC card chip (wafer and single bare chip), including basic requirements, physical characteristics, electrical characteristics, communication interfaces, security and life requirements. 5.1 Cryptographic algorithms The financial IC card chip shall have cryptographic algorithms. It shall support SM2, SM3, SM4 cryptographic algorithms. 5.2 Data storage space The data storage space shall not be less than 16k bytes. 5.3 Operating voltage The chip operating voltage shall meet the requirements of JR/T 0025.3-2013. 5.4 Random number generator The financial IC card chip shall be embedded with a random number generator. The generated random number shall meet the requirements of GB/T 32915. 5.5 Chip serial number The chip manufacturer shall assign a unique serial number within the manufacturer for each financial IC card chip.
