3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 In the in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer process, preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) software is used to analyze the preimplantation chromosome aneuploidy of matched embryos. Analysis of low-depth whole-genome sequencing data generated by chromosome aneuploidy detection reagents and high-throughput sequencers was performed to obtain embryonic chromosomes. The analysis results indicate whether the data is aneuploid or contains large fragment deletions or duplication anomalies. Note.
