Instead of the standard YS/T 547-2006 "high-purity tantalum pentoxide" (formerly GB/T 10577-1989).
This standard has the following changes compared with the YS/T 547-2006.
--- FTa2O5-045 grades impurity element specified by the 16 kinds increased to 25 kinds;
--- FTa2O5-04 grades impurity element specified by the 13 kinds increased to 25 kinds;
--- FTa2O5-035 grades impurity element specified by the 13 kinds increased to 16 kinds;
--- On the part of impurities in the original standard product grades as specified has been adjusted.
This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee of non-ferrous metals and centralized.
This standard by the Jiujiang non-ferrous metal smelter is responsible for drafting.
This standard by the Ningxia Orient Tantalum Industry Co., Ltd. participated in the drafting.

3 Requirements
3.1 Categories
3.1.1 chemical composition is divided into three grades. FTa2O5-045, FTa2O5-04, FTa2O5-035.
