1 Scope
This document provides the implementation principles and basic elements of flexible delivery services for tobacco logistics distribution centers of tobacco commercial enterprises, and gives the tobacco
Service organization, grading index calculation, basic and value-added service implementation and service supervision of flexible delivery services in cigarette logistics distribution centers of commercial enterprises
and evaluation guidelines.
This document applies to the flexible delivery service of cigarettes by tobacco commercial enterprises.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
On the basis of the original fixed delivery model, the delivery response time, delivery cycle, delivery method, etc. are adjusted according to the characteristics and needs of retail customers.
Optimize the combination of service elements to provide retail customers with diversified delivery service models and value-added services.
3.2

The interval between two delivery days for retail customers is five working days per cycle.

Provide retail customers with one-time cigarette delivery service within one delivery cycle.

Provide retail customers with one-time cigarette delivery service within two delivery cycles.

Provide retail customers with one-time cigarette delivery service within three or more delivery cycles.

The time from when the cigarette logistics distribution center receives the retail customer's order to when the cigarettes are delivered is measured in hours.
