This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces YC/T 409-2011 "Discrimination Microscope Observation and Analysis Method for Special Fibers in Cigarette Paper". This standard and
Compared with YC/T 409-2011, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Revised the definition of "special fiber" to clarify the type of special fiber in cigarette paper;

Microscopic observation analysis
1 Scope
This standard specifies the qualitative identification analysis method for special fibers in cigarette paper. Among them, the standard text specifies the optical microscope observation points.
Analytical methods, Appendix A specifies benchtop scanning electron microscopy analysis methods.

3 Principle
The morphology of the fibers separated in the sample to be tested was observed by an optical microscope, and the specific fibers in the sample were qualitatively analyzed.

5.1 Reagents
The water should meet the requirements of the third grade water in GB/T 6682.
5.2 Instruments and equipment
5.2.1 Microscope; magnification of 100 times to 400 times, with mechanical stage, center point or horizontal eyepiece, lighting system, image acquisition device.
If there is no lighting system, it can be replaced by a fluorescent lamp or a general vacuum lamp with a daylight filter.
