Spotted thermal group Rickettsia
Nested PCR detection method
1 Scope
This standard specifies the inspection objects, methods, biosafety requirements, and results determination of spotted heat populations of rickettsia at the border ports.
This standard is applicable to nests of people at border crossings, medical vector organisms (蜱, 螨, etc.) and spotted fever group rickettsia in host animals.
The PCR method was used to detect four Rickettsia species except R.helvetica, R.australis, R.bellii and R.canadensis.

Spotted fever group Rickettsia spottedfevergrouprickettsiae;SFGR
A group of pathogens causing spotted fever can cause spotty heat including Rocky Mountain, button fever, North Asian fever, Queensland spot fever, and Rickettsia vaccination
Many diseases, including Japan's erythema fever, are natural parasites that are parasitized in lice and cockroaches and transmitted to humans or animals through the bite of cockroaches and cockroaches.
Cellular parasites. Except for individual rickettsial worms, the rest are pupa transmission, with obvious natural plague characteristics. The main media
The mediation includes. prairie leather clams, edge leather clams, forest leather clams, Chinese leather clams, gregarious blood clams, Japanese blood clams, long-horned blood clams, and Asian glazed clams.
4 Test object
4.1 Blood samples from suspected suspects infected with spotted fever rickettsia.
4.2 Free enthalpy of rickettsia from suspected spotted fever group collected from entry and exit vehicles, containers and port areas, etc.
Parasites collected on the surface of host animals in the site.
4.3 Infested raccoa host animals suspected of being spotted by inbound and outbound vehicles, containers and port areas.
5 Biosafety and PCR anti-pollution requirements
5.1 The personal protection in the inspection work is performed according to GB 19489.
5.2 Laboratory for specimen testing should meet the requirements of GB 19489 Biosafety Level 2 Laboratory.
5.3 The used experimental articles shall be treated as harmless according to the provisions of GB 19489.
