3 Method summary
The sample is extracted with PBS solution and methanol, and the extract is diluted, filtered, and purified by an immunoaffinity column. After the eluent is blown dry to a constant volume, the extract is used.
Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry, external standard method for quantification.
4 reagent materials
Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used were of analytical grade and the water was the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682.
