This standard specifies the Chinese herbal medicines hexachlorobenzene, α-BHC, PCNB, γ-BHC, heptachlor, PCA, aldrin, β-
VI-BHC, Epichlorohydrin, Triadimefon, α-Endosulfan, p, p'-Diistigmine, Dieldrin, Endrin, op'-DDT, p, p'- drops
Drip, p, p'-DDT, Endrin aldehyde, bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, tetramethrin, permethrin, cypermethrin, fenvalerate, deltamethrin
Determination of Pesticide Residues by Gas Chromatography.
This standard applies to ginseng, Pinellia, yam, Pueraria lobata, Codonopsis and other Chinese herbal medicines in 27 kinds of organochlorine, pyrethroid pesticide residues

Pesticide residues in the sample were extracted with a mixture of acetone-n-hexane (4. 3, volume ratio), gel permeation chromatography and Florisil solid-phase extraction
Purification column, with electronic capture (ECD) detector gas chromatography, external standard method.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used are of analytical grade, water is in line with GB/T 6682 provisions of a water.
4.1 acetone. Chromatography pure.
4.2 acetonitrile. Chromatographic purity.
4.3 Dichloromethane. Chromatographic purity.
4.4 n-hexane. Chromatography pure.
4.5 Ethyl acetate. Chromatographic purity.
4.6 Cyclohexane. Chromatographic purity.
4.7 Acetone - n-hexane (4. 3, volume ratio) Accurately measure 80 mL of acetone (4.1) and 60 mL of n-hexane (4.4).
4.8 Ethyl acetate - cyclohexane (1. 1, volume ratio) Accurately take 500mL ethyl acetate (4.5) and 500mL cyclohexane (4.6), mix well
