1 Scope
This standard specifies the objectives, institutions, operational mechanisms, management systems, review, correction and incentives for the construction of a long-term management system for international health airports.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

International health airport internationalsanitaryairport; SIA
Having the basic capabilities set out in the International Health Regulations (2005) (International Health Regulation,.2005)
World Health Organization (WHO) recognizes and awards the International Airport of the International Health Airport.
3.2
Long-term management system long-termeffectivemanagementsystem
It can ensure the continuous and effective operation of the management system, so that the international health airport can continue to meet the technical requirements of the International Health Regulations (2005).
Degree system. It includes a standardized, stable, and supporting institutional system, as well as organizations and individuals that actively promote and supervise the operation of the system.

The goal of building a long-term management system for international health airports is to ensure that the technical capabilities of international health airports continue to meet international standards.

5 management agencies
5.1 Organizational composition
5.1.1 It is recommended that the International Health Airport establish a corresponding management organization, which should be managed by the local government port management department and airport port management department.
