1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of microbiological raw milk and its products to sulbactam as inhibitors of β- lactamase (plate method).
This standard applies to fresh milk, sour milk, milk powder, etc. β- lactamase detection.

3 PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD
The method uses sensitive to penicillin-type drugs absolute standard strains, penicillin G was added to the sample as a control, the use of sulbactam

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water for the three water GB/T 6682 regulations.
