4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 tetrabutyl ammonium hydrogen sulfate.
4.2 ammonia. pure class distinctions.
4.3 Nitric acid. pure class distinctions.
4.4 Magnesium chloride hexahydrate.
4.5 sodium hydroxide.
4.6 dipotassium hydrogen.
4.7 potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
4.8 Methanol. HPLC grade.
4.9 extract (0.05mol/L sodium hydroxide solution). Weigh 2.0g of sodium hydroxide (4.5) dissolved in water, water volume to 1000mL,
Mix well and set aside.
4.10 phosphate buffer solution. dipotassium hydrogen 8.71g (4.6) and 6.80g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate (4.7) was dissolved in water, dilute to
100mL, and mix.
Mobile phase 4.11 (2mmol/L tetrabutyl ammonium bisulfate solution, 5% methanol, pH = 4.0). Weigh 0.68g of tetrabutyl ammonium hydrogen sulfate
(4.1), dissolved in water, was added 50mL of methanol (4.8), set the volume to nearly 1000mL, adjusted with ammonia (4.2) pH to 4.0, water volume to
