2 Method summary
Preservative in the sample under acidic conditions (vitriol) with ethyl acetate or acetonitrile (added anhydrous magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride salting) mentioned
Take, Pipette part extract was dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, determined by gas chromatography (GC), external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used were HPLC grade.
3.1 acetonitrile.
3.2 ethyl acetate.
3.3 n-hexane.
3.4 Concentrated sulfuric acid. AR.
3.5 Sodium carbonate. AR.
3.6 Sodium chloride. AR.
3.7 anhydrous magnesium. AR; 650 ℃ burning 4h, stored in a sealed container in the back.
3.8 aqueous solution of sulfuric acid. 10% (volume fraction).
3.9 aqueous sodium carbonate solution. 0.20g/mL.
3.10 Standard preservative. purity of greater than or equal to 98%. For more information refer to the Material standard tables in Appendix A A.1.
3.11 Standard stock solution. namely, accurately weighed amount of preservative standards (4.10), paired with acetonitrile concentration of 10mg/mL standard
Quasi stock solution. Standard stock solution stored at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ condition. Formulated once every 12 months.
