3 Method summary
Sample organochlorine pesticide residues with n-hexane - after (11, volume ratio) solution was extracted acetone extract was concentrated and purified by gel permeation chromatography
Spectrum and Florisil column cleanup by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometer and validation, external standard peak area quantification.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 hexane. chromatographically pure.
4.2 acetone. chromatography.
4.3 dichloromethane. chromatography.
4.4 cyclohexane.
4.5 ethyl acetate.
4.6 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, cooled in a desiccator to room temperature and stored in a sealed bottle aside.
4.7 sodium chloride.
4.8 extract. Take appropriate amount of n-hexane (4.1) and acetone (4.2) by volume ratio of 1 were mixed.
4.9 Gel permeation chromatography eluent. Apply cyclohexane (4.4) and ethyl acetate (4.5) by volume ratio of 1 were mixed.
4.10 Solid Phase Extraction eluent. Take appropriate amount of n-hexane (4.1) and dichloromethane (4.3) were mixed volume ratio of 5.95.
