2 Method summary
Sample uses salting, acetonitrile homogenized extraction, get acetonitrile layer, respectively C18 SPE cartridge and fluorine Florisil solid phase extraction
Column purification, eluent was concentrated dissolved constant volume, gas chromatography - mass spectrometry detection and confirmation, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade, double distilled water.
3.1 acetonitrile. residual level.
3.2 hexane. Residual level.
3.3 ethyl acetate. residual level.
3.4 n-hexane - ethyl acetate (92 volume). amount of 90mL and 20mL ethyl acetate and n-hexane, and mix.

3.7 standard stock solution of 2,6-diisopropyl naphthalene and other 17 kinds of pesticides. were accurately weighed appropriate amount of 2,6-diisopropylnaphthalene 17 kinds of pesticide standard
