1 Scope
This standard specifies the garlic export plant quarantine in quarantine and identification of black rot bacteria.
This standard applies to the import and export quarantine and identification of garlic, onions, garlic and other allium in black rot bacteria.
Principle 2
2.1 taxonomic status
Garlic, black rot bacteria [Embellisiaallii (Campanile) Simmons] genus of imperfect fungi Amon (Deuteromycotina), Trichosporon Gang
(Hyphomycetes), Trichosporon mesh (Hyphomycetales), Dematiaceae (Dematiaceae), Eric brick Alternaria (Embellisia).
2.2 Identification based
Morphological characteristics garlic black rot bacteria, biological characteristics, host range (see Appendix A) is based on the bacteria and other quarantine and identification methods.
3 Instrument
3.1 Microscope (with oil immersion lens), with the transmission of light stereo microscope (maximum magnification of not less than 50X).
3.2 Clean Benches.
3.3 electronic balance.
3.4 Light incubator.
3.5 autoclave.
3.6 medical injector (10mL) and the needle (on the 18th).
3.7 hemocytometer.
