This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard SN/T 1658-2005 "Scooter safety and technical conditions."
This standard compared with SN/T 1658-2005, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Standard structure, format and chapter is structured according to SN/T 0002-2004 requirements of major changes;
--- Increased inspection and supervision model, and verified content.
