Foreword
SN/T 1359 "Import and Export Textile Machinery Inspection Regulations" is divided into the following parts.
--- Part 1. Cotton combing machine;

This part is the third part of SN/T 1359.
This part is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration.

"Import and Export Textile Machinery Inspection Regulations" is the basis for the work of import and export textile machinery inspection, and guides the inspection of import and export textile machinery.

Part 3. Double twisting machine
1 Scope
This part of SN/T 1359 specifies the requirements, inspection and determination of the import and export double twisting machine.
This section applies to the inspection of import and export filament, staple fiber, and silk double twisting machine.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions established by SN/T 0002 and the following terms and definitions apply to this part of SN/T 1359.
3.1
The standard style of things or activities.
3.2
Standard style based on the elements of the Commodity Inspection Act and related international general conformity assessment procedures or their combinations.
3.3
According to the mandatory requirements of the national technical specifications, the import and export commodities shall be subject to the conformity assessment activities of sampling, inspection and inspection batch by batch or batch.
3.4
Under the same conditions, the same batch of products of the same specification and type is an inspection lot, referred to as batch.
4 General requirements
The mechanical safety protection of the double twisting machine should meet the requirements of GB 18209.2 and GB 17780, and the electrical safety should meet the requirements of GB 5226.1.
