1 Scope
This standard stipulates the marketing procurement management requirements, incoming inspection and acceptance management requirements and quality acceptance technical requirements for the classified goods.
This standard is applicable to the acceptance inspection of goods received by trade enterprises, and other related commodities may be referred to.

3 Marketing Purchasing Management Requirements
3.1 Contract offer requirements
The marketing enterprises shall sign the contract documents for the purchase of goods subject to the laws and regulations, and stipulate the quality of the corresponding purchase and sale contracts.
3.1.1 The quality of the purchase and sale contract should include the content
---Quantity offer. Small supply companies should have a weekly supply capacity of 50~100 pieces (sets) and medium-sized supply enterprises.
The weekly supply capacity of the single-category goods should reach 2~5 times of the small-supply enterprises, and the single-type commodities of the large-scale supply enterprises
The weekly supply capacity should be more than 10 times that of small suppliers.
---Quality appraisal offer. Should comply with 3.1.1.2 of SB/T 10579-2011 and 4.1.1.2 of SB/T 10787-2012
Claim.
