1 Scope
This standard specifies the service specifications for consignment procedures, consignment requirements, service reception, and quality responsibility of consignment stores.
This standard applies to organizations engaged in consignment operations.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in SB/T 10689-2012 apply to this document.
3.1
Principal consigner
A citizen, legal person, or other organization that entrusts a consignment store to sell goods that have ownership or disposition.
