Garlic preservation storage technology specification
1 Scope
This standard specifies the harvesting and quality requirements for preservation of garlic moss, pre-storage preparation, storage methods, storage conditions, storage management and storage.
Term and technical requirements for outbound and shipping.
This standard applies to the storage and preservation of fresh garlic.

3 Harvesting and quality requirements
3.1 Harvesting requirements
3.1.1 Garlic moss without pests and diseases, the base of the moss stem has not yet aged, and the moss is not fully expanded should be selected in time.
3.1.2 It should be harvested on a sunny day. When harvesting, it is not allowed to use knife cutting or mowing. Apply hand-sucking moss to prevent damage to the moss.
3.1.3 After the garlic is harvested, it should be placed in a packaging container that is not easily damaged and ventilated, avoiding rain, exposure, and transported to the pre-cooling room or cold storage as soon as possible.

3.2 Quality requirements
It shall comply with the provisions of 4.1 of SB/T 10330-2000.
4 Preparation before storage
4.1 Disinfection of cold storage and appliances
Execute according to the provisions of 5.1 of GB/T 8867-2001.
4.2 Cooling of the cold storage
The storage temperature can be reduced from 2d to 3d before storage, so that the warehouse temperature is stable at -1 °C ~ 0 °C.
4.3 Pre-cooling
For different varieties, different origins, different batches and different grades of garlic moss, separate code should be placed in the pre-cooling room or in the cold storage to dissipate heat.
The degree drops below 5 °C, and the time from receiving the pre-cooling to the target temperature does not exceed 24 hours.
4.4 Picking out
