Dragon fruit circulation specification
1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for product quality, product grade, packaging, labeling and circulation process requirements for dragon fruit.
This standard applies to the operation and management of white meat dragon fruit circulation. The circulation of other varieties of dragon fruit can be referred to.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Maturity degreeofmaturity
The fruit is fully developed, full, and has an appropriate post-maturing period to meet the quality requirements of handling, packaging and transportation.
4 Basic requirements for product quality
4.1 The maturity required for the product as a commodity is achieved, and the color, aroma, taste and shape inherent in the product are available.
4.2 The fruit is intact, the peel and leaf scales are bright, no mechanical damage, rot, pests and deformities, no odor.
4.3 The length of the fruit stem after cutting is not more than the fruit shoulder, and the cut is smooth and non-polluting.
4.4 The limit of pollutants should meet the relevant provisions of GB 2762, and the maximum residue limit of pesticides should meet the relevant provisions of GB 2763.
5 product grade
Under the premise of complying with the provisions of Chapter 4, dragon fruit is divided into first grade and second according to maturity, freshness, integrity and uniformity.
