1 Scope
This standard specifies the nature, function, establishment principles, construction standards and operational management requirements of the recycling site for renewable resources.
This standard is applicable to the construction and operation management activities of renewable resource recovery sites, and is not applicable to China's laws, regulations and rules.
The import can be used as raw material for the construction and management of renewable resources recycling sites such as solid waste, hazardous waste, and scrapped automobiles.
