1 Scope

This standard specifies the selection, sampling, and preparation of samples for preservative wood (including sawn timber, logs, wood products) and wood preservatives. Sampling methods, sampling records requirements, and safety precautions. This standard applies to the purpose of testing the penetration rate of the batch of preservative wood and the drug loading and the quality of the wood preservative.
