1 Scope
This standard specifies the methods and procedures used in the service provision process in accordance with the inherent characteristics of the air conditioner installation service to meet the needs of the user.
This standard is applicable to the establishment of air conditioner installation service organization and the improvement of air conditioner installation service quality assurance system.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
In order to meet the needs of users, the activities and internal activities of the contact between the air conditioner installation service provider and the user and their occurrence
