1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of silk fibroin and sericin. Silk gum is the primary raw material for other products such as food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and medical materials and fine chemicals.
