Introduction
This standard is based on GB/T 23331-2012 "Energy Management System Requirements", combined with thermal production and supply enterprises energy use and management
Based on the actual situation and the characteristics of energy use, the specific requirements of the energy management system for thermal production and supply enterprises are proposed.
The production and supply of heat as referred to in this standard refers to the use of coal, oil, gas and other energy sources to produce steam and hot water through boilers and other devices.
Steam and hot water from purchased steam and hot water or other sources (such as geothermal energy conversion, solar energy conversion, waste heat recovery, etc.)
The heat pipe network transports heat supply services to the heat users to maintain and manage the heating facilities.
See Appendix A for basic information on energy management in the thermal production and supply industries.
The purpose of this standard is to regulate the energy management process of thermal production and supply enterprises, and to adopt a systematic approach to thermal production.
And supply companies to achieve energy goals, improve energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and reduce energy
Use cost to improve energy performance.
This standard does not stipulate specific energy performance guidelines for thermal production and supply companies, nor does it provide detailed management system design specifications.
This standard is the specific requirements of GB/T 23331-2012 "Energy Management System Requirements" in thermal production and supply enterprises, is the right
Refinement of GB/T 23331-2012. This standard is used in conjunction with GB/T 23331-2012 "Energy Management System Requirements" to form a heat
The certification basis for the production and supply of enterprise energy management systems.
Thermal production and supply companies may seek third-party certification bodies to certify their energy management systems in accordance with this standard.
I evaluate and self-declare, or as a reference for compliance verification of the operation of its energy management system.
Thermal production and supply companies can apply this standard in combination with quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management system standards.
Energy management system
Thermal production and supply enterprise certification requirements
1 Scope
This standard specifies the certification requirements for thermal energy production and supply enterprise energy management systems.
This standard applies to the energy management system certification of thermal production and supply enterprises, and can be used for the establishment and implementation of thermal production and supply enterprises.
Maintaining and improving its energy management system can also serve as a basis for all parties to evaluate the energy management system of thermal production and supply enterprises.
The energy management activities of the high-temperature and high-pressure steam production and power generation process of the cogeneration enterprise, extracting the lower quality of the steam turbine
The steam enters the first station of heating, and the heat management by the steam-water heat exchanger provides external heat management activities applicable to this standard.
