4 General
4:1 The evaluation activities of imported food suppliers shall be carried out in accordance with the principles of impartiality and independence on the basis of avoiding conflicts of interest:
4:2 The evaluation of imported food suppliers is mainly based on data review, and when necessary, it is combined with on-site inspection, remote inspection, and product testing:
