1 Scope

This document specifies the evaluation principles, evaluation methods, monitoring and data quality management and evaluation reports of greenhouse gas emission reduction technologies for planting and breeding. This document is applicable to the evaluation of GHG emission reduction technologies carried out by evaluation institutions.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 19000-2016 and the following apply to this document. 3.1 Technologies that can directly or indirectly reduce greenhouse gas emissions from aquaculture production. 3.2 Systematic and independent activities to demonstrate the technical level, practicality, environmental and economic benefits of greenhouse gas reduction technologies. 3.3 Specific indicators that characterize the technical level, practicality, environmental benefit and economic benefit of the evaluated technology. 3.4 Evaluation benchmark evaluationbenchmark Baseline (line) value for comparison with the level of the technical indicator being evaluated.

4 Evaluation principles

4.1 Integrity. It covers the comprehensive evaluation of the practicability, economy and environmental effects of technical application. 4.2 Consistency. ensure that the evaluation results of similar technologies are comparable. 4.3 Accuracy. Reducing Bias and Uncertainty. 4.4 Transparency. Publish adequately applicable evaluation information. 4.5 Verifiability.
