1 Scope

4.1 Integrity. It covers the comprehensive evaluation of the practicability, economy and environmental effects of technical application.
4.2 Consistency. ensure that the evaluation results of similar technologies are comparable.
4.3 Accuracy. Reducing Bias and Uncertainty.
4.4 Transparency. Publish adequately applicable evaluation information.
4.5 Verifiability. The evaluation results can be verified by means of collecting evidence, checking facts, and quantitative evaluation.
