3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in RB/T 068-2021 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Dietaryservice
According to the needs of the elderly, home-based elderly care service providers provide nutritious meals, centralized meals, meal delivery and home meal assistance services.
4 Evaluation content
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 All provisions of Chapter 4 of RB/T 068-2021 apply to this document.
4.1.2 Providers of home-based elderly catering services shall meet the following basic requirements.
a) Possess a food business license, and the implemented services meet the scope of the business license;
b) Catering staff holds a health certificate;
c) Comply with food safety laws, regulations and operational specifications, including but not limited to the corresponding service places, facilities and equipment, and the hygiene of food (drinking) utensils
Health requirements, hygienic requirements for employees, water requirements, detergent, disinfectant requirements, etc.;
d) The facilities and environment of catering establishments shall comply with the hygienic regulations of the catering industry and collective meal distribution units of the competent industry administrative department.
