Introduction
Since the establishment of the certification and accreditation industry standards, the industry standardization work has developed rapidly, which has played an active role in supporting the certification and accreditation work.
With the continuous expansion of the coverage of certification and accreditation industry standards and the gradual increase in the number of research and development, it is urgent to formulate unified specifications to guide certification.
Recognize industry standardization work. To this end, the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee organized relevant units to study and formulate RB/T 001-
2017 "Guidelines for Compilation of Certification and Accreditation Industry Standards" and RB/T 002-2017 "Guidelines for Classification of Certification and Accreditation Industry Standards" and a series of basic
standard.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 13016 and GB/T 27000 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
