1 Scope
This document specifies the basic principles, resource allocation, process control and other management and technical requirements for the implementation of euthanasia for experimental animals.
This document is applicable to the establishment and improvement of the technical capacity of euthanasia and the implementation of euthanasia in institutions that produce and use laboratory animals.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
