Knife plow operation quality
1 Scope
This standard specifies the assessment indicators, testing methods and inspection rules for the operation quality of the rake plow.
This standard is applicable to the quality assessment of the field operation of the hoe plow for general purposes. Special purpose plows (such as forestry, marshes, deep tillage, soil)
Soil improvement and rake plows with duplex working parts can be referred to.

3 Job quality requirements and assessment indicators
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 Local agronomic technical requirements should be met after the operation.
3.1.2 In plots with high ridges, grasses and mulch film, the slashing of the plants and the cleaning of the residual film should be carried out before the arable land operation.
3.2 Safety requirements
The technical requirements for the operation of the rake plow should comply with the relevant provisions of GB 16151.6.
3.3 Working conditions
It should be timely ploughed according to the time of cultivation in the soil (that is, the absolute moisture content of the soil is 10% to 25%).
3.4 Quality of work indicators
In the case where the height is less than 20cm, the absolute moisture content of the soil is 10% to 25%, and the tractor drive wheel (left and right) has a slip ratio of not more than 20%.
Under the condition, the quality index of the rake ploughing work should meet the requirements of Table 1.
4 Inspection of work quality
4.1 Preparation before job quality inspection
The instruments and tools used to check the measurements shall be within the validity period of the standard unit of measurement.
4.2 Determination of absolute moisture content of soil
