This standard applies to the production, sales and use of nitrogen in the territory of the People's Republic of China, slow-release nitrogen fertilizers, compound nutrient (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) slow-release fertilizers and slow-release fertilizers used as raw materials for blended fertilizers. This standard does not apply to the addition of urease inhibitors or nitration inhibitor fertilizers and urea-formaldehyde fertilizers. |
