3 terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Distributed power
Access 35kV and below the voltage level, located near the user, local consumption-based power, including synchronous generators, asynchronous generators,
Converter and other types.
3.2
Converter
An electrical device for converting electrical power into electrical power for one or more forms suitable for use by a grid or a user. Including rectifiers,
Inverters, AC converters and DC converters.
3.3
Converter type power supply converter-type power supply
All or part of the power supply connected to the grid through the converter.
Synchronous generator type power supply
Asynchronous left motor type power supply
Through the asynchronous generator directly connected to the power grid.
Point of interconnection
For a distributed power supply with a booster station, it refers to the high voltage side bus or node of the booster station. For distributed power supplies without booster stations, refer to distributed
Power output summary point. The definition of the dotted network can be found in Appendix A of this standard.
Public connection point of common coupling
User access to the public grid connection.
Island islanding
Including the load and power of some of the grid, from the main network after the separation from the state to continue to run alone. Isolated islands can be divided into unplanned islands and planned islands.
Note. Unplanned islands are unscheduled and unregulated. Planned islands are planned to occur in a planned control strategy.
4 power quality
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The quality of the distributed power supply, in terms of harmonics, voltage deviation, voltage imbalance, voltage fluctuation and flicker, etc.
Related national standards.
4.1.2 through the voltage level of the converter network type of distributed power supply should be installed at the public connection to meet GB/T 19862
Required level A power fil on-line monitoring device, power quality. n. monitoring historical data should be kept for at least one year.
