| Summary | This standard specifies the safety of nuclear power plants is important electrical, instrumentation, control equipment and systems (including safety -and security-related level) the basic requirements of the installation. These requirements include inspection before installation, installation process and the installation completed inspection and testing. This standard applies to all types of equipment on-site installation of new nuclear power plants, but also to run the power plant renovation or repair during installation. May also refer to the use of other nuclear facilities. This standard does not involve the following activities, install a) weldments, inspection and test, b) the instrument purge and pressure test the pipeline, d) equipment support structural integrity verification, , c) rotating equipment and adjustments to the e) after the first run periodic testing and maintenance, f) receiving inspection and test equipment manufacturers after the completion, g) non-destructive testing (if required). |
