1 Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements, operational requirements and test document processing for substation power quality field testing.
This document is applicable to on-site testing of power quality in substations, distribution stations, distribution rooms, switchgear, etc.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Power quality analyzer powerqualityanalyzer
It has statistical analysis function and can measure many indicators of power quality, such as harmonics, voltage unbalance, voltage sag, voltage flicker, etc.

The process of conducting power quality testing on-site at a substation using a power quality analyzer.
Note. Power quality field test is referred to as test hereafter.

Nonlinear, unbalanced, impact loads or power sources connected to the power system that have a significant impact on the power quality.
