1 Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements, design, quality, installation and acceptance, after-sales service and operation and maintenance of household solar heating system procurement.
Technical requirements such as protection.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 12936, GB 50495-2019 and NB/T 10464.1 apply to this document.
4 Basic requirements
4.1 The general rules for the purchase of household solar heating systems shall comply with the provisions of NB/T 10464.1.
4.2 When the purchaser has special technical requirements for the functions and key equipment of the household solar heating system, it shall be clearly stated in the purchase documents and shall be regulated accordingly.
Determine verification methods and evaluation indicators.
5 Design requirements
5.1 The planning, architectural design and technical integration design of the passive solar house shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 in JGJ/T 267-2012.
5.2 The general regulations, overall design, enclosure structure and passive solar heat collection and storage components of passive solar heating shall comply with GB
The provisions of Chapter 3 in 50495-2019.
5.3 System selection, system load calculation, solar heat collection system design and solar heat storage system of active solar heating system
The design should meet the requirements of Chapter 4, Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 in GB 50495-2019.
5.4 The overall and design requirements of the northern rural household solar heating system should comply with the regulations in Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 of NB/T 10150-2019.

6 Quality requirements
6.1 The technical requirements of passive solar houses shall comply with the regulations in Chapter 4 of GB/T 15405-2006.Performance of household solar heating system
It should meet the requirements of Chapter 7 in NB/T 10150-2019.
6.2 The technical requirements for the key components of the household solar heating system shall comply with the requirements in Table 1, and the technical requirements for other components shall be performed in accordance with the standards

6.3 The key components of the household solar heating system shall be provided with an inspection report issued by a qualified third-party quality inspection agency.
Purchasing objects should be products with the same model and production date within 2 years of the delivery date. Other parts, materials and accessories should provide a certificate of conformity

7 Installation and acceptance requirements
7.1 The construction, acceptance and performance evaluation of the passive solar house shall meet the requirements of Chapter 6 and 7.3 of JGJ/T 267-2012.
7.2 The installation and commissioning of household solar heating systems shall meet the requirements of 5.3, 6.4, 7.1 and 7.2 of GB 50495-2019.
7.3 The construction of the heating system at the end of the low-temperature hot water floor radiation shall comply with the requirements of JGJ 142, and the construction of the heating system at the end of the fan coil shall comply with the

8 After-sales service requirements
8.1 The calculation method, the obligation of the three guarantees and the responsibility of the three guarantees of the household solar heating system shall be in accordance with 6.1.3~ in NB/T 34032-2016

8.2 The validity period of the three guarantees for household solar heating systems shall be no less than 10 years. If quality problems occur during the warranty period, the service party will repair them free of charge;
If quality problems occur outside the warranty period, the service party will charge for repairs.
8.3 The warranty period for collectors (including brackets), storage tanks, controllers, valves, instruments and other accessories shall be no less than 3 years.
9 Operation and maintenance requirements
9.1 The operation and maintenance of the passive solar house shall comply with the provisions of 7.1 and 7.2 of JGJ/T 267-2012.
9.2 The operation and maintenance of household solar heating systems can be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 8 of GB 50364-2018.
