| Summary | This standard is applicable to the preparation of bills of quantities and pricing activities for water transportation projects such as port projects, waterway projects, shipyard repairs and hydraulic construction projects. For water transport projects that implement bidding and bidding based on the bill of quantities, the maximum bid limit, the preparation of the base price and the bid quotation, the determination and adjustment of the contract price, and the settlement of the project price shall comply with this specification. In addition to complying with the provisions of this code, the valuation activities of the bill of quantities of water transport projects shall also comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards. |
