1 Scope

This procedure applies to the first verification, subsequent verification and in-use inspection of retail edible oil dispensers.

2 terms

2.1 Measurement sales A cylindrical pin used to determine the amount of oil sold by the oil dispenser. 2.2 Round wheel The radius is equal to the length of the hand-operated oiler handle, and its mass is not more than twice the mass of the hand-operated oiler handle. The outer circumference is formed in a trough shape to facilitate the winding of the rope and the circular wheel of the hanging weight.

3 Overview

Oil dispenser refers to measuring instruments used for the trade of edible vegetable oil, including. pressure-lifting, hand-operated and electric Subtype. The pressure-lifting oil-selling device pushes up the measuring pin on the measuring scale according to the amount of oil sold, and the handle is lifted upwards to raise the oil. Inhalation of the volume tube, press down again, press the oil in the volume tube from the oil outlet into the oil container; hand-operated oil dispenser After the metering pin on the measuring scale is pushed out according to the quantity of oil sold, the handle is swung counterclockwise, and the oil is sucked into the volume tube. Medium, then swing the handle clockwise to press the oil in the volume tube from the oil outlet into the oil container; electronic oil sales The oil is sucked out of the oil tank by the oil pump and sent to the volumetric tube, and the oil in the volumetric tube is used by the volumetric method or the weighing method. The volume or mass is measured, and the oil temperature and density are compensated and processed by the single chip microcomputer. The structure of the pressure-lifting and hand-operated oil-selling device is shown in Figure 1 (a), (b), the structure of the electronic oil-selling device The figure is shown in Figure 2.

4 Metrological performance requirements
